Paredim Communities is Here for You During COVID-19

The COVID-19 outbreak has brought us unprecedented times and our top priority is the safety of our residents, prospective residents and our team members. During this time, we have adjusted many of our community operations so that we can continue serving our current and prospective residents in the safest and best way possible.

Leasing a New Apartment

We have opened our doors to leasing if you are interested in an in person tour. Although, we are touring at our by appointment only and limiting our prospect tours to 2 people, we are still fully set up to guide you through the leasing process 100% virtually if you are more comfortable with that process. We have the ability to provide you with virtual or self-guided tours and videos or photos of our communities and every apartment that we have currently available. It's as simple as contacting the apartment community that you are interested in and letting us take care of the rest. We can text, chat, email and connect via phone or in person. We also invite you to take advantage of our floor plan tours, photo galleries, and a fully automated application process online. We are here to help you find your perfect Paredim home.

Staying in Your Apartment

We'd love for you to stay. If you are a current Paredim Community resident and you have had a change in your move out plans, please contact your community by phone or email and we can work through the details with you.

Our Offices, Outdoor Amenities and Fitness Centers are Open, but our Interior Amenities Remain Closed

Our offices are open to guests and residents by appointment only but we are here to serve you. Currently, it is in the best interest of our residents and team members that our interior clubhouses and business centers closed. Our Fitness Centers are now open during office hours only. If an in-person meeting is required, please give your management office a call to schedule an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We have increased our cleaning procedures for our interior building common areas on all surfaces - particularly handles, doorbells, elevator buttons, and faucets in all common areas that will continue to remain open. We have opened our outdoor amenity areas and pools to residents while requiring strict social distancing and sanitary procedures for all who want to enjoy their use.

Resident Events

We have decided to postpone large gathering resident events. However, we are in the process of organizing and scheduling other resident appreciation events that allow social distancing. We will continue to post on social media any events, ideas, games, recipes, at home work out tips, and anything else that you can think of that will keep you occupied on our social media accounts.

Service Requests

Our service team members will be following the guidance from State and Federal Authorities regarding limiting personal exposure and distancing. We are now taking routine and emergency service requests and are completing on a priority basis. All maintenance team members and vendors will follow social distancing protocols and where appropriate PPE. They will also carry disinfecting wipes or spray to disinfect any surface that is touched during the work performed.

Tell Us if You're Self-Quarantined

If for any reason, you have decided to self-quarantine or are diagnosed positive for COVID-19, please inform the leasing office immediately so that we can make sure we are able to assist you with emergency services while also taking proper actions at the community.

Stopping the Spread of Germs

Please continue to follow the CDC's suggested measures to stop the spread of germs. The CDC's recommendations are as follows:

  • Avoid close contact with others – Stay at least 6 feet away.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue if you sneeze or cough and then throw the tissue away. If you do not have a tissue use your inner elbow to shield.
  • Avoid touching your mouth, eyes, and nose.
  • Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces regularly.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitizer frequently.
  • We are available to support you in any way that we can. Please contact your leasing office if you have any questions and stay healthy.

Sincerely,
Paredim Communities
